Join Sarah, the Long Haul Yogi, for this Remote Reiki - Using Crystals for Healing Special. In this class, Sarah will provide a discussion and explanation on how to use crystals for healing, including how you
can place your own crystals around your body before the Reiki session begins. And then you can enjoy a crystal-infused Remote Reiki Healing session, personalised to your specific healing needs.

Please find and bring to the session any crystals that are important to you! Sarah will also be using her own crystals to transmit the Reiki energy, so you are not required to already have a collection of your own! Sarah will use sound healing and some guided meditation and breathwork to relax you for the Reiki healing. The Reiki session itself will be roughly 30 minutes, with time for a quick chat afterwards.

This session will be conducted entirely online via Learn it Live and is use-able whether you are attending live, or wish to enjoy the healing via recording later. Reiki energy moves across time and space, as does crystal healing. The recorded session is just as effective as the live session.

This is suitable for anyone interested in their own healing - and it doesn't matter at all whether you know anything about Reiki, or crystals.
