Many people have issues with insulin sensitivity and insulin levels but follow a diet low in simple sugars and exercise regularly. The goal of this class will be to cover some often over-looked factors that interfere with blood sugar, insulin, and insulin receptors. These range from gut pathogens to endocrine-disrupting chemicals. We will discuss action steps to begin addressing these imbalances.
