Power Yoga is a vinyasa (flow) class that links breath to postures and dynamic muscle-focused movements.

Donations gratefully collected on behalf of Girls on the Run to support the Atlanta and Chicago councils, specifically.

Girls on the Run is a life-changing program for 8- to 13-year-old girls that promotes girl empowerment by teaching life skills through lessons and running. It reaches girls at a critical stage, strengthening their confidence at a time when society begins to tell them they can’t. Underscoring the important connection between physical and emotional health, the program addresses the whole girl when she needs it the most.
