Having trouble meditating? Try using Reflection to develop a center of focus in both stillness and in daily life. This free 30 min introduction provides an opportunity for you to look into your divine nature through contemplation. Unlike other meditation techniques that work to empty the mind, reflections intently focus on an idea or subject while in a state of stillness or when being mindful. Reflective meditation involves repeatedly turning your attention to a theme but being open to whatever arises from the experience. Deep and lasting wisdom comes from experience.
We will be using a guided contemplation of Gratitude to begin developing your focus toward living a life filled with joy and wonder. This workshop gives reflections that allow you to calmly plant the seeds of transformation that works to expand your consciousness.
