Science has discovered within the past two decades that the neuropathways in our brains are pliable... this is called neuroplasticity. This means we can selectively rewire our brains which then changes our behaviors. This is not done by taking a pill or reading a book. It takes introspection along with the key requirement - the desire for change.
These are large and sometimes confusing words, so let's de-mystify all this brain talk and really understand what's going on. For example, you've likely heard of your "fight/flight/freeze" instincts.
