Our experience of stress determines how well we are emotionally and physically. Stress accounts for close to 80% of medical related illnesses as well as decreased productivity at work. Without the ability to short circuit our experience of stress rapidly we are left with a sense of overwhelm and panic. In this 50 minute interactive class, Dr Eno Nsima-Obot a board certified Physician and Professional Life Coach shares some practical strategies to break the cycle of stress and overwhelm and restore a sense of wellbeing in under 10 minutes.
