Join me, Mitchell, a fitness professional for over 30 years & clinical & transpersonal certified hypnotherapist, and learn about ways to bring more mindfulness in to your life with a meditation and mindfulness routine.
I will define what mindfulness is and the myths that surround it as well as the benefits of practicing regularly.
We will discuss how to start and maintain a regularly routine of mindfulness.
The class will end off with an 'open heart' mindfulness meditation. (Which you can come back to as often as you like in the recorded session)
There will be lots of time to ask questions and receive feedback through the interactive chat room on this platform.
